Bridgette Murphy
Bridgette Murphy is the Chief Executive Officer of AGE-WELL. Having joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer, she has been instrumental in its strategic development from the founding network application through incorporation, renewal, and sustained growth, including securing new funding that has driven AGE-WELL’s expansion over the past decade. With more than 15 years of experience building and managing large-scale research and innovation initiatives, Bridgette has built her career around creating meaningful evidence-based social and economic impact. Prior to AGE-WELL, she led the Strategic Policy and Research Communications (SPARC) unit at the Kite Research Institute, University Health Network. She holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University and a Master’s degree in social policy and health equity from the University of Toronto, and completed executive development training at Rotman School of Management.
