Ms. Murphy is Managing Director and COO of AGE-WELL. Ms, Murphy has more than 15 years of project/program management and research operations experience. Previously, she managed Toronto Rehab’s knowledge translation office called SPARC – Strategic Policy and Research Communications – where she also worked as the research institute’s liaison to the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. She was responsible for leading many special projects at Toronto Rehab including Ministry-directed research projects as part of Toronto Rehab’s health services and knowledge translation research team, as well as implementing a research accountability framework to track and report on research impact. She received her undergraduate degree in behavioural neuroscience at McGill University followed by a Master’s degree specializing in social policy and health equity from the University of Toronto. She completed executive development training through the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
