It enhances care monitoring, coordination and communication for better health outcomes, lower costs and personalized support, enabling aging in place and managing long-term health with ease.

Fallyx Inc. 

Fallyx is a wearable, clip-on sensor for fall monitoring. It leverages machine learning to detect falls using location and motion data. Fallyx has an in-suite voice assistant for fall verification and monitors location and wandering 24/7, with a 3-month battery life. The Fallyx team has been living in a retirement home for 5 months to pilot the system.

Our innovation is MyHomeFX, a web-based self-assessment providing personalized home safety and modification recommendations for older adults and their care providers. MyHomeFX Pro version is a health and home evaluation tool designed for health care professionals that expedites care plans and home modifications interventions.
