Aleem Bhanji

Aleem Bhanji is the Vice President, Market Leader at AlayaCare, an adjunct faculty member at the University of Toronto, and a National Health Fellow. With over 20 years of experience focused on management, strategy, and technology, Aleem currently serves as the Vice President, Market Leader for Canada and emerging markets at AlayaCare.

Throughout his career, Aleem has been driven to modernize the health system by designing sustainable models of care that use digital health technology to tightly integrate primary, home and community, and acute care.

In a voluntary capacity, Aleem serves on the Boards of Nucleus Independent Living, Flemingdon Community Health Centre and the Aga Khan Grants and Review Board for Canada.
