As researchers, we understand that your experience providing care may be quite different from those of spouses, other family members, and paid health care workers. To understand your experience better, we are seeking adult daughters and adult sons to participate in a half-day research workshop. In a small group setting, you will be asked to share your ‘caregiving’ experiences, describe both positive and negative examples of care, and listen to the experiences of others caring for their own parents (Note: males and females will be separated into different workshops). Coffee and a light meal will be served. We hope to use these personal stories to guide the development of better resources and technologies to make providing care easier and more.
