Dr. Veselin Jungic is a 3M National Teaching Fellow and a Teaching Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Simon Fraser University. Over the last several years, as a Deputy Director of the IRMACS Centre, he has been involved in various programs and activities that focus on providing training opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students. This experience and his longstanding interest in the issues related to the transition from a graduate school to the work place led to his current role as Co-Lead for the AGE-WELL Crosscutting Activity Training and Mentorship portfolio.
