COVID-19 updates
AGE-WELL is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, and is taking steps to support our grant recipients, trainees, partners, committee members, employees—and the wider community. AGE-WELL Network Management Office staff are now working remotely. We encourage you to contact us by email.
AGE-WELL is canceling or postponing non-essential events and travel through April (more detail to come).
AGE-WELL has received numerous questions about how the COVID-19 pandemic will affect various programs and operations. Specifically, we have been asked whether communications will be issued about our position on:
AGE-WELL follows the rules and policies of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) with regard to financial administration and will aim to share updates with our research community as soon as possible that align with Tri-agency measures. We anticipate that we will be in a position to confirm initial extension and postponement timelines by end of week.
