DESCRIPTION:Description: A webinar for innovators focusing on how health and care services are procured and delivered in UK and Canada is being held on Thursday 10 March 2022. \nDelegates will gain an understanding of how to scale up and offer products to overseas markets. Attendees will also be signposted to further resources to help with next steps. \nThe free online event is aimed at healthy ageing innovators from any background in the UK and Canada\, who have an established product or service and are looking to diversify into new (international) markets. \nIn this 90-minute event with Q&A session\, delegates will hear from two experts in this field: \n· Sheryl Thingvold\, Senior Advisor of Health Venture Services in Canada will explore navigating Canadian health care\, stakeholders and the issues to address when innovating in this market \n· Alex Leach\, Deputy Director of Innovation and Growth at the West of England Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) will provide insights to help demystify the complex NHS marketplace. Alex will also highlight the support available for companies with proven innovations aiming to work with the NHS \nThis event is the fifth in a series of healthy ageing events\, brought to you by the AHSN Network in England and the AGE-WELL network in Canada as part of a three-year international Innovation Exchange programme. \nREGISTER HERE
