We are delighted to be planning a return to our annual in-person conference! The AGE-WELL Annual Conference is attended by researchers, industry leaders, care providers and organizations, older adults, caregivers and government representatives to discuss current issues and innovations in the field of technology and aging.
As Canada’s technology and aging network, the AGE-WELL Conference showcases a multi-disciplinary program of research and innovation from across the country and provides a forum for networking and collaboration among AGE-WELL partners, researchers, stakeholders and members of the public. Presentations, discussions and networking sessions are designed to maximize knowledge sharing.
This conference also fosters new ideas for research, collaboration and business development in the field. Attendees will learn about the future of technology and aging, and who is playing a leading role in shaping that future in Canada.

REGISTRATION
The conference begins with pre-conference activities on Tuesday, October 18. The conference will close the afternoon on Thursday, October 20. Conference registration fees include access to all open sessions including meals.

**AGE-WELL HQP are those individuals who are directly involved with an AGE-WELL project and supervised, co-supervised or employed by an AGE-WELL Network Investigator, received funding through an AGE-WELL award competition, or who were admitted into the AGE-WELL Network through the AGE-WELL HQP Affiliates Program. All AGE-WELL HQP are welcome to attend the conference.
***Exhibitor rates include 1 complimentary registration with access to all AGE-WELL sessions and meals.
Registration fees include access to all open panel and networking sessions on October 18, 19 and 20, and includes breakfast and lunch October 19 and 20.
It is possible to cancel a conference registration or name a substitute participant through October 1, 2022. Refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative charge. Refunds will be issued 4-6 weeks after the conference concludes.
COVID-19 protocols during the conference – we will have face coverings and hand sanitizer available to all attendees at the Registration Desk. SPOTLIGHT: DRINKS & DEMOS AGE-WELL 2022 will feature our popular Drinks & Demos Solutions Showcase kick-off reception held the evening of Tuesday, October 18. Members from across our network including industry and community partners, older adults and caregivers, and AGE-WELL’s board of directors, will be present at this event. The session is open to research teams from any AGE-WELL program, trainees, startup affiliates, Innovation Hubs, partners. This is a great opportunity to display a technology demo, website, knowledge mobilization product, toolkit, etc. |
