Now in its 7th year, the AGE-WELL EPIC Conference remains the largest trainee-focused event at the intersection of health, aging, and technology. With over 1,000 participants joining us from across Canada and over 25 countries around the world, this reach reflects the global interest in the work we do together. This virtual conference brings together older adults, caregivers, government, community and industry partners.
Join us to learn from AgeTech’s next generation of innovators, people with lived experience, and real-world technology developers. These sessions include opportunities for EPIC Conference attendees to ask questions, introduce themselves, and connect with other participants.
The EPIC Conference (2026) comprises of 9 virtual sessions, each dedicated to one of the identified challenge areas, and features presentations from AGE-WELL trainees, fellows and alumni, as well as partners and supported startups. These sessions are hosted on Zoom and include of an introduction to the challenge area presented by the session chair, 2 research presentations with one or more stakeholder co-presenter to discuss their experience, and a Moving the Dial presentation by a featured AGE-WELL supported startup or partner. On May 29th the EPIC Conference will host a special National Accessibility Week session.
