Emile Maamary is the co-founder and CMO of Steadiwear, a company that creates gloves to reduce hand tremors in patients with Parkinson’s disease or essential tremor. With over a decade of experience in marketing, sales, and risk management, Emile holds an MBA from Cornell and Queen’s University. Inspired by his family’s struggles with hand tremors, he co-founded Steadiwear, using stabilization technology modeled on earthquake designs. Emile has secured over $2.5 million in funding and generated $1.5 million in revenue to date. He actively mentors Toronto-based startups focusing on accessibility and assistive devices and enjoys tennis, football, and HIIT workouts in his free time.
