Description: Japan’s aging rate (the percentage of the population aged 65 and over) will be 29.1% in 2023, one of the highest aging rates in the world. A Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) is a multidimensional diagnostic approach for older adults that aims to improve overall health. A remote CGA, facilitated by technological advancements, offers convenience and other potential advantages. The D-CGA@home project is an ongoing collaborative effort between Japan and Canada to develop an AI-based care plan through a digital home-based CGA platform. This webinar will explore the progress of Japan’s researchers involved in the project.
