Join us for an EPIC panel on the “Financial Wellness & Employment” Challenge Area titled Aging with Security: Financial Wellness, Employment, and Digital Inclusion for Older Canadians.
This session brings together perspectives on the financial realities facing older adults—including poverty, retirement readiness, and the growing need for continued employment. The panel will also explore the critical role of digital literacy in enabling workforce participation and protecting against cyber risks.
The “Financial Wellness & Employment” Challenge Area focuses on the experiences of older adults in workplace, recognizing the unpaid contributions of caregivers in our economy, and how technology, including policy and programs, can support the financial wellness and employment of these groups.
