Jon Lai

I am a master’s student in the Department of Human Ecology at the University of Alberta, working under the supervision of Dr. Janet Fast. My thesis research topic is concerned with ageism in the workplace and its effects on worker engagement. Findings from my study will help inform workplace strategies that prevent age discrimination and support equitable human resource policies for an ageing labour force.
