Noor Al-Zanoon
Noor Al-Zanoon is a Project Manager at AGE-WELL supporting envisAGE, a program co-led by AGE-WELL and MEDTEQ+. She thrives on connecting people, ideas, and partners to move health innovations into the real world. She holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Alberta, where she used computer simulation and modeling to understand how cancer treatment affects human function. This work is grounded in systems thinking and early digital twin approaches, with a focus on translating complex research into practical insight. Her career spans academic research, startup and commercialization support, and health innovation ecosystem support. She has held ecosystem-focused roles at McMaster University, Alberta Innovates, and the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute, where she supported cross-sector collaboration and innovation programs across health and technology.
