I am a second-year PhD student in Gerontology at Simon Fraser University, working under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Sixsmith. My research interest lies in the potential of technology in promoting healthy lifestyles among older adults. I have a background in health and social care management and am particularly interested in how we can effectively implement digital lifestyle interventions effectively in real-life settings.
