Sandra McKay

Sandra McKay is the Director of Research at VHA Home Healthcare a direct-care service provider agency delivering nursing, personal support and rehabilitation services to over 110,000 clients annually in their homes. She is the architect responsible for creating and driving VHA’s research strategy and portfolio to support research and innovation in homecare in service of clients, families and providers. In this role, Sandra has built a broad network of external collaborations with academic, health and industry partners. She holds a PhD in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Michigan and recently completed her MBA at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
